Additionally, a new cumulative update, KB5030214 (OS Build 17763.4851), is available for Windows 10 version 1809. Both updates address multiple security vulnerabilities and include various bug fixes and improvements to enhance the user experience and system stability. Known issues:

You may experience a scenario where apps deployed using ClickOnce may prompt for reinstallation, even if they were previously installed and designated as “trusted”. This behavior can occur due to adjustments made by the update. It’s important to be aware of this potential issue when working with ClickOnce deployed applications after the update installation.
